Recent Projects • High Desert Focused Traffic Analysis regarding the Level of Service impacts of transporting up to 500,000 cubic yards of dirt up to 10 hours per day Monday thru Friday. • Capo Unified School District Traffic Impact Analysis for reducing (or eliminating) the number of bus routes from 62 existing routes to 18 future routes. Of the 57 schools in the district, 39 schools currently have busing provided. The traffic report included a study area spread over seven Cities (Aliso Viejo, Dana Point, Laguna Niguel, Mission Viejo, San Clemente, San Juan Capistrano, and Rancho Santa Margarita) and one County (Orange). • Shared Parking Analysis for a Los Angeles County mixed-use project including commercial retail, family restaurant, affordable senior apartment dwelling units, and condominium dwelling units. |
