Largest SETTLEMENT is $4,265,000 in case against City and County of San Francisco involving a pedestrian. Large SETTLEMENT of $2,000,000 in case against CalTrans involving a solo vehicle accident on Ortega Highway. Largest INVERSE CONDEMNATION case is over $2,000,000 against the State of Utah Department of Transportation.

ITE gives 7 different awards annually to 7 persons on a nationwide basis. The Past President's Award was the first award to be established by ITE and it has a financial component (currently $1500) which is higher than any other award given by ITE.
