Traffic engineer expert witness: motor vehicle accidents (automobile, truck, pedestrian, bicycle, motorcycle). Knowledge of governmental agency procedures, roadway design, access, geometrics, signs, traffic controls, parking, maintenance, and pedestrian protection. More than 100 cases since 1979; both defense and plaintiff. Largest traffic accident settlement is $2,000,000 in case against CalTrans involving a solo vehicle accident. Largest inverse condemnation case is over $2,000,000 against the State of Utah Department of Transportation.

California Registered Professional Traffic Engineer; Undergraduate - University of California at Los Angeles; Graduate - Yale University.

Elected Class President of Yale University Bureau of Highway Traffic. Received Institute of Transportation Engineers Past President's Award (this award is given to one person annually on a nationwide basis). Received Southern California Section Institute of Transportation Engineers Young Traffic Engineer Award.     by ITE and it has a financial component (currently $1500) which
